American Film Actress Sheila Terry, 1931

Sheila Terry was an  American actress known for her roles in The Lawless Frontier (1934), ‘Neath the Arizona Skies (1934) and Haunted Gold (1932). Sheila worked as a school teacher in Minnesota from 1927 to 1929 before heading out to California to pursue her acting and modeling career. She appeared opposite John Wayne in a few of his early westerns before abruptly leaving the business within a decade. Sadly, Sheila took her life in 1957  and was buried on Hart Island (Potter’s Field), New York.
