Colorization and Restoration For My Neighbor Victoria

Black and white photo colorization
My neighbor Victoria Burby asked if I could clean up and add color to this old black and white photo of her mother and I gladly obliged. I recently moved from southeast Georgia to Bangor Maine for a job offer with a general contracting company I had worked for previously. It was a rough start once I arrived in Maine, but I knew it would be considering the winters are tough this far north.
It was an excellent surprise to find out my new neighbors and I shared many common interests and hobbies. Victoria’s husband Tom Burby is a writer and musician who published an excellent post-apocalyptic book titled The Last Boy On Earth, and I am currently working on a novelization of my post-apocalyptic screenplay PRESERVE. What are the odds? Tom even listens to Mysterious Universe, which is a excellent podcast from Australia.
It is a pretty simple and straight forward colorization and the restoration was fairly easy and Victoria was pleased with the results.
The full size black and white photo and my colorization are below. Feel free to leave any comments or questions in the comment section below.
